Your satisfaction is our top priority. Whatever your reasoning, exchange any product or gift you are not satisfied with. Or get a refund. Just return the product and we’ll send your new item, e-gift card, or money back to you in the form you used to purchase the original product.

Need to return something to us? Follow these guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:

If the product is unused and unopened, easy! Ship the item(s) back within 45 days of the original ship date, and you’ll receive a full-refund.

If the product has been opened, ensure that no more than 1 item (or equivalent use quantity) from the original packaging has been used, and ship the remaining product in its original packaging back to us within 30 days of the original ship date. The refund will be issued as soon as the returned item(s) are received.
  • Unfortunately, these guidelines do not apply to customized or promotional items and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The returned items must include a copy of the original purchase order with proof of payment.

  • Customers shall receive the return label by mail for products which are deemed to be incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
  • Customers may obtain a return label in the event of customer remorse, which occurs when a customer purchases an incorrect product, an item that does not fit, or an item that the customer no longer desires.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Customers shall not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for products which are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. The same applies for customer remorse wherein customers have purchased the wrong product.
